Product information: This year’s Christmas Cake at Sentient Steps is what health and goodness are made of - dry fruits, nuts and fruit juices bound by little flour. The cake is made with fifteen different dry fruits including almonds, cashews, dried mangoes, dried kiwis, dried strawberry, dried apricot, dried prune, dried cranberry, raisins, sultana, dried oranges, cherries, dried pineapple and dried figs. They are soaked in traditional spices. Other Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic millets flour, organic oats flour, aluminium free baking powder, organic lemon juice, vinegar, organic khandsari, medjool dates.

The cake is soaked in spiced juices containing cinnamon, mild pepper, nutmeg, cloves, star anise and dry ginger.

Brand promise: Christmas Plum Cake is baked to order. It shall be baked in a plant-based facility. We do not pre-process products and we do not use any unnatural additives and preservatives in our products.

Please note: You can customize the cake for your health needs. We are baking the cake with Organic wheat flour, organic gluten-free flour, organic khandsari, Stevia Or medjool dates as sweeteners.

Please see that when we use dates as sweetener, the sweetness is towards the lower side. Stevia leaves mild aftertaste.

Shipping

Christmas Plum Cake is baked only three days in a year and is shipped or can be picked up on 22nd December 7 PM onwards, till 24th December 8 PM.

We are unable to accept orders on 25th December.

This product should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase, if refrigerated. Before consuming, you may want to thaw it at room temperature or microwave for a few seconds to make it softer.
